We make our tofu in small batches, each one individually hand made by a conscientious member of our dedicated team. Our aim is to produce a regular tofu that can be adapted for use in a wide range of dishes.

You can buy our regular tofu to create a wide range of dishes of your own, or you can buy from our range of prepared tofu and burgers.

Unlike the vast majority of prepared products, we use no emulsifiers, stabilisers or gums of any kind. By using ˇ®nigari' to coagulate the soya ˇ®milk', our curd holds together extremely well, so our burgers need no emulsification."
