Nature’s Hand has always been a small team of helpful people who strive to respect and look after our customers. We hope the relationships and friendliness through our physical store will flow easily throughout our Online store as well. Please do let us know if you have any queries or issues or even if you’d like to share some ideas as to how we can maintain our level of service or how we can contribute to our holistic community.

We kindly ask that respectful communications are adhered to throughout any emails or calls with our staff. Quality customer care is a mutual street. We will endeavour to support you in any way we can but hostile or aggravated communications will not be tolerated towards our staff members.

Online orders will be dispatched within 24 hours where possible. Please note that there may be a delay during weekends or bank holidays but we will do our utmost to process your order the following working day. Please also note that during busy periods, such as December, there may be a delay to delivery services due to the volumes of orders being shipped.

Orders are contractual once full payment has been received and we have confirmed your order via email.

Delivery charges are calculated by weight and destination and are not included within product prices. Please insure you will be available to sign for registered deliveries or alternative arrangements are made.
