Returns & Refunds

Please inspect any and all goods delivered to or collected by you immediately on receipt. If there is a problem, please contact us with 14 days so we can re-arrange an alternative agreement. You are kindly required to send the damaged item back to us, in which case, we will be responsible for shipping costs. If there are no defects or damage and you simply wish to cancel your order or return the goods to us within the 14-day time-frame, you will be liable for any returned shipping costs. You will not be refunded for the original cost of shipping for non-damaged orders.

Goods may also be returned by hand to our store. For any returned goods, please always include details of the order, including your order number, full name and contact details so we can address the situation quickly. Returned goods (by choice) must be in pristine condition, as should the packaging. You may be asked to provide a picture of damaged or broken goods. You can email us on info@natureshand.ie. Returns which do not meet these specifications may be returned to you.
