Sona D2000 provides 2000IU or 50µg of vitamin D per capsule, which is important for the maintenance of bones and teeth, normal muscle function, neurotransmission and cell division. Vitamin D is also important for the absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium concentrations, the normal function of the immune system and inflammatory response.
How to use
Adults: Take ONE capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your health professional.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Keep out of the reach of children. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. A food supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
