Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin that is well known for it’s antioxidant properties. It has enjoyed a reputation for preventing the effects of ageing on skin, healing scars and scar tissue, and preventing damage to the body from free radicals. The body is also exposed to free radicals from environmental exposures, such as cigarette smoke, air pollution, and ultraviolet radiation from the sun. Vitamin E helps provide protection for the cells against these free radicals. Sona E 200 is made with only Natural Vitamin E. Natural Vitamin E is some 35% more bio-available than synthetic Vitamin E.
How to use
Adults: Take ONE capsule daily with main meal of the day or as directed by your health professional.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
